When I was developing this strip, I was worried about how I was going to illustrate the ocean. Water is kinda a hard thing for me to draw. Not sure I am totally happy with it.
Looks good to me.
Hey. These are awesome. Sam and I enjoy coming to this site a lot! You’re doing a great job!! Keep it up!
you should look at video of waves like that and maybe match the timing with how you want the timing to flow on the strip.
This is awesome btw. I love that moment of silence between characters.
Thanks guys! Glad you like it!
Matt – This site is great! Loving following along…keep it up
That’s not butter in his grubby little metal hand is it?
It’s Sex Wax. Rich, lathery, sex wax. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sex_Wax …for some reason.
He’s using butter and you know it. Classic humor, Matt.
Quick question. If you have (had) a hard time drawing water, why is the setting of the comic a beach?
Well, If I wanted to get better at drawing water, there is no better way I can think of than to create a comic and set it on the beach!
