I wasn’t originally planning on creating this strip, but I think the memory “thing” might need just a bit more explanation.
I will say this though, I am really happy with how this turned out. It is beautiful to look at dang it!

Great comic! And I really like the idea with the robot’s memory. Makes for an interesting story.
Wow, this comic just made a 180…
Not just funny, but deep and interesting as well! Good job Matt! I knew there was a reason I started to follow this =)
Not only is it beautiful to look at it’s also extremely funny!
Poor Robot. Quick- Somebody grab that robot a flash drive!!
His maker better have a good USB 3.0 drive so he can download all that fabulous memory and free up his onboard drives for lessons in sarcasm. He’s got some stiff competition in Crab and Seagull! Also liking the novel direction, Matt!
That last panel could’ve been taken straight out of my life. LOL. Love the campfire scene.
Adam – Thanks! Glad you like it! I hope that it feels original enough for you. It’s a tough road to walk, finding something original dealing with robots.
Erik – Hey thanks! Yeah that’s the goal. I wanna make a compelling piece that can also make you laugh.
Splox – Thanks
Russ, Paul – I do NOT want to know where he would plug that stuff in at.
Wit – I feel like much of this comic could be taken straight out of my life… Except for the robots and talking animals… Well, Maybe the talking animals…
The lighting choice in the first panel is brilliant.
Hi Matt, I’ve recently started following your comic and really enjoy it. What if- Robot did what early man did, and recorded his memory by Cave drawings, or sculpture? That way, once the memory is gone he’ll be able to live it again?
drewbie – Thanks! I really like when I get to do something crazy like that.
Matt – Glad you found me! That’s some really solid thinking. That would be pretty cool.
Still trying to figure out where he buys those cigars!
